1. The material of thin buckle drill pipe was provided from Baogang Group,China's largest steel enterprise’ STM - R780 (42 mnmo7) material, which performance is stable and reliable.2. The end of the drill pipe was after intermediate frequency heating, hydraulic upsetting and heat treatment, which effectively eliminate the early processing of internal stress.
3. Tool joint chooseChina's top steel mills’ 40 Cr or 42 CRMO materials, which proceeding conditioning heat treatment after rough machining and surface nitriding treatment.
4. These treatments effectively eliminate the phenomenon of fastening, pull clasp, becoming more wear-resisting and easily remove.
5. All the thread was shaped by numerical control lathe blade, with precision concert and strong interchangeability.
6. Thread sealing grease should be used when connecting the pipe and the joint, and hammer knocking should be prohibited.
7. During the relocation of drill pipes, the thread protector should be screwed on the threaded parts so as to protect it from damages.
